Client data we process for you
When we deliver services, our specialists may access personal data held in your systems, such as analytics, CRM, ad accounts or customer lists. In that case you are the controller and we act as your processor, handling the data only on your documented instructions.
These activities are governed by your service agreement and, where required, our data processing agreement (DPA), which is available on request. Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement before accessing client systems.
