How quickly can a specialist start?
Most specialists start within 7 days of your brief. You receive a shortlist within 48 hours, interview in days 3 to 5, and onboard on day 6.
Is there a fee to see profiles or interview?
No. Briefs, shortlists and interviews are free. You only pay once you choose a specialist and they start. A paid trial task is optional.
What do I need to provide for onboarding?
Access to the tools your specialist needs, a short kick-off call, and any brand or process documents. We send a checklist so nothing is missed.
Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
Your Perfozi account manager. They handle performance, cover, replacements and the monthly KPI review, so you never manage HR.
What is the minimum commitment?
The first month is fixed. After that, everything runs month to month and can be changed or ended with 30 days' notice.
Can I hire more than one specialist?
Yes. Add specialists across SEO, paid media, content, design and social, or build a pod with a team lead that shares one KPI scorecard.
